User deactivation

If user has not logged into DA for a longer time or leaves the company the following deactivation options are available in DA:

• Manual user deactivation in user management console by ADMINISTRATOR

• Automatic user deactivation 90 days after last Login
  (user will be informed by mail one week before and on the day of deactivation). This cannot be undone by user then.

• If user requires access again, ADMINISTRATOR needs to be contacted
