Strategy Approval
Finally a new strategic project requires an approval by user role
Strategy Manager.
With starting the Approval process, Digital Automotive validates all workflow tabs if data have been filled out.
1) Click the Approval Request Button and selection dialogues opens (see picture left)
2) DA offers the following options:
Self Approval by Sales Project Owner
If Project Owner has role STRATEGYMANAGER (given by Admin), user will be automatically set as Approver and can approve/not approve the project.
Approval by Managers with role Strategy Manager
If Project Owner does not have role STRATEGYMANAGER then select from available user list in selector.
4) After submission of approval request a message is sent to all selected STRATEGYMANAGER.
Role STRATEGYMANAGER receives Approval request by mail. Go to project approval page, review the summary and decide to approve or reject the Approval request as shown in the illustration 2 on the left.
After successful approval, project will be available in Reporting either as strategic visual project or hidden as opportunity turnover.
If Project is not approved, message is returned to sender and project remains is Draft status for updates.
