Project Dates

Tab Project dates is separated into 2 columns and 3 sections

Section 1

• Left column contains phase specific data (Strategy, Acquisition, Booked)

  Strategy

  • Start of Strategy - system generated date, cannot be changed

  • Expected start of acquisition date (mandatory)
    If project is linked to market then default date is set about 30-36 months before SOP, can be changed by user)

  • Expected Award of Business (mandatory)
    If project is linked to market then default date is set about 24-36 months before SOP (but always after Expected Start of Acquisition)

  --> Dates are required for Strategic and Acquisition reporting

  Acquisition

  Additional entries are required:

  • Customer RFQ details if available

  • Planned Evaluation Team Kick Off Date (optional)

  • Calculation Due Date (optional)

  • Quote Due date (mandatory)

  • Expected Award of Business date (mandatory)

  Start of Acquisition date is system generated and cannot be changed

  Booked

  Editable Award of Business date (impact on Order intake Report)

• Middle column - planning based dates (see in picture)

  • SOVP (Start of Volume Planning), default 24 months before SOP

  • SOP (Start of Production (selected model(s))

  • EOP (End of Production (selected model(s))

  • EOVP (End of Volume Planning), default 60 months after EOP

Section 2

• Additional project specific milestones, set by user (optional)

Section 3

• Additional Project Dates attributes (if required), defined in DA-settings
