Add Customer contact

Digital Automotive provides a Customer contact matrix in workflows of all modules.

  • Select available or add Customer contact (CRM permission required) of company used in project. It is not possible to select contacts from other companies at the moment!

  • Define internal responsible

  • add comment

  • If Task Application is in use also own or delegated task related to contact can be created.

  • Add more contacts if required

Create contact and add to workflow

Click "Create new contact"

New Browser tab will open contact detail view. Minimum required data for contact use are:

  • First name

  • Surname

  • preferred language (current english and german selectable)

  • eMail

  • Company is set as default from project

  • Additional items can be added also later in CRM module - Contacts.
