Claim Pool

This guide will help you to add new claims.

1) Pool overview:

• All Claims Pool lists all Booked projects sorted by amount of Claims.

• MY Claims Pool lists all Claims where user is involved.

• Use filters for aggregated views (customers, Product groups, plants,....)

• Click on boxes to select between All, Open, Overdue and Closed Claims  

• Use Search to select project (e.g. by carcode AU276)

2) Project card:

• Click on project to display available claims

• Create new Claim: Click + button 

• Edit or delete existing claims (delete cannot be undone by User)

• After negotiation of claim, deletion is no longer possible
