Manage Damage and compensation

To see the expected profit of a claim, damage (cost) and compensation (price) have to be entered into the workflow tab. User has the option to manage different methods of handling costs and prices as

  • one time values with defined payment date or

  • periodical cost payments or / price allocation

Manage data
  1. Select from available OTP or Create a new claim position

  2. If new OTP - define title and category (subcategory), optional comment

  3. Add damage(s) - Cash out
    - One time costs (with defined planned cash out dates) and/or
    - periodic payments

  4. Add compensation (reimbursements) - Cash in
    - One time payments (with defined planned cash in dates)
    - Price allocation (total value to selected parts with price adjustment)

  5. Submit after finishing entries to Price list and Claim reporting, add, save or delete items in tab

  6. Once submitted, updates of values are sent directly to reporting without submission again!
