Welcome to Digital Automotive Change management. Here you can handle all customer / internal change requests independent if created manually or initiated from external systems.
In this module you can create new and update change requests through different change phases, set states (on hold, cancel, reopen) and review profitability directly in the overview.
The Change Pool contains Booked Projects with selected template (based on user permissions)using parts.
It provides every Project Manager a reportable list of changes over lifetime for the project(s). Use the Pool for Project meetings and for working with CR's.
Each Change request proceeds through different steps (phases) from creation until closing. The picture gives a short overview of the different steps and actions while proceeding change requests.
Every change request can be cancelled or paused (on hold) at any time of the steps. It is possible to reopen closed, cancelled or paused change requests by user based on the last available status.
Deleted change requests cannot be reopened again as they are also deleted from the Change Pool.
