Change Closing

Customer (or internal) decision is provided in this tab and defines how to proceed with the change request. As user you have the following options:

1. Close change request and proceed with next steps - CR confirmed

2. Close change request but do not proceed with next steps - CR stopped

3. Close change request due to customer rejection

A closing comment is mandatory before saving the data. Each closed change request will be shown with an different icon (see picture) in the pool.

All selected options close the CR and inform the team about the result.

Depending on DA configuration, change requests can be reopened again (in pool) or not.

All quotes will be also added as attachment in this tab for download and review.
