After acquisition approval the next RFQ phase is released:
Evaluation to Quote, containing the following steps:
Evaluation of cost and concepts by responsible role (parallel steps)
Cost calculation (requires completed evaluation)
Invest & reimbursement (Summary of OTP and cash in planning)
Business case (requires approved calculation)
Quote and quote approval (requires approved business case)
