Last step at the end of acquisition phase is customer decision and supplier nomination. Provide the result in tab award decision (picture 1):

1. Business not awarded

   Select

   • reason for not being awarded

   • detailed information to comment for RFQ team, which receives nomination decision after saving data by mail (picture 2)

   • optional select competitor

   • mandatory Lessons learned required (Action Plan needed)

2. Business awarded

   Move project from acquisition to Booked business status and inform team about successful nomination automatically.

   Award of business date can be changed before saving data

Award of business is shown in Order In take Report (picture 3)
